• About Madhuvan:
Madhuvan is one of the famous 12 forests of Braj. In Satyuga, Lord Hari killed a demon named Madhu here. Because of this, He became known as Madhusudan. Therefore, this forest is named Madhuvan after the name of Lord Shri Madhusudan, because this forest is as dear and sweet as Lord Shri Madhusudan.
The present name of Madhuvan is Maholi gram. Dhruv Tila is located in the east of the village. On which the deity of child Dhruv and his worshipful four-armed Lord Narayan are seated. This is the place of Dhruv's penance. It was here that the child Dhruv worshiped the Lord with the mantra given by Sage Narad, pleased with which the Lord appeared to him and granted him the kingdom of the earth for thirty-six thousand years followed by the rulership of Dhruvalok, an eternal abode of Shri Hari within this material world.

Places to visit in this forest:
o Krishna kund : Lord krishna created this kund by pushing his flute into the ground so that the cows and cowherd boys could quench their thirst.
o Balram temple: The deity of Lord Balram in this temple is considered to be the presiding deity of the village. The original deity was lost and present deity is the replica [pratibhu] expansion.
o Shathrughna mandir : it is said that the deity of Lord Shathrughna was originally installed here at Maduvana during the Treta yuga and is known locally as Madhuvan vihari. The original deity was lost many years ago and present deity is the replica[pratibhu] expansion.
o Dhruva tila :the tilla means “ a small hill” . This is the exact spot in madhuvan forest where the famous boy saint Dhruva Maharaja performed asuterities to please the Suprem Lord during Satyayug. On top of the hill ,the temple known as Dhruva Narayan Mandir.
o Madhu cave{gufa}: This is said to have been the cave where the demon Madhu once lived.
Activities Plan
This morning pick up form Delhi and drive to Vrindavan. Upon arrival check in hotel later proceeds to sightseeing of Vrindavan, visit Isckon Temple, Krishna &Balram Temple, Banke Bihari Temple, Seva Kunj and Dham. Back to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Vrindavan.
This morning after breakfast check out from hotel and proceeds to visit Dwakadhish Temple, Krishna Janmabhoomi and other temple. Later drive back to Delhi.
