• How forest got the name: there are lots of tulasi plants in this forest one of the names of tulasi is vrinda because of this forest is called vrindavan.
• About Lohvan :
Lohvan is a charming and delightful place adorned with attractive flowers of all kinds. Nearby, in the virtuous Yamuna, Shri Krishna performs boating-pastimes with the Gopis. Disguised as a boatman, He seats the beautiful young cowherd girls in His boat and takes them out into the middle of the Yamuna's flowing waters. Then He says, `My old dilapidated boat is leaking, and water is rushing in. Throw all your pots of milk and yoghurt overboard; otherwise, it will surely sink.' The gopis beg and beseech this boatman to quickly take them to the other side of the river."
This pastime place still lies here today, and concealed within it is Krishna's boating-pastime with the gopis. One can also have darsan of Krishna-kund, Lohsura's cave and Shri Gopinath here.

this forest name called as lauhvan, loban as well as lauhajangavan. This forest was under the control of lauhajangasura.
• Places to visit this forest :
o The half deity of lauhajangaura : it is believed that the demon was killed by Lord Krishna the upper part went in the heaven and the lower part remained on the earth. The word lauhajangha means the thighs were made off iron.
o Krishna kund : The beautiful pond which is nearby.
o The mother goddess Durga temple: the different forms of the deities who are surrounded in parikrama path.
Activities Plan
This morning pick up form Delhi and drive to Vrindavan. Upon arrival check in hotel later proceeds to sightseeing of Vrindavan, visit Isckon Temple, Krishna &Balram Temple, Banke Bihari Temple, Seva Kunj and Dham. Back to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Vrindavan.
This morning after breakfast check out from hotel and proceeds to visit Dwakadhish Temple, Krishna Janmabhoomi and other temple. Later drive back to Delhi.
